Monkstone Petanque Club is delighted to announce that it has received a Magic Little Grant through the partnership between Localgiving and Postcode Community Trust. Postcode Community Trust is a grant-giving charity funded by players of People’s Postcode Lottery. Localgiving is the UK’s leading membership and support network for local charities and community groups. Our project received £500 to help us buy more equipment for non members to play, and to invite local groups and schools to play petanque. With the interest generated from young people the Club intends to start a junior section of the club in 2024. http://www.postcodelottery.co.
