The annual Monkstone Open Triples were held on Sunday 2 July 2023 under blustery skies but the promised rain held off. !2 teams entered, 2 from Monkstone PC and 6 from other clubs.
The format was 3 pools of 4 in the morning with the best 8 qualifying for the Main elimination competition in the afternoon and the remaining 4 entering the Plate competition.
There was some very skillful play with some unexpected results. A big thank-you to all those who entered or helped make the event happen.
