For the time being there will be no refreshments offered but it is hoped to re-introduce that in the near future.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Dear Member<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Members are advised that the Monday Roll-up will recommence on Monday 17 August 2020 at 10:00am. The number of pistes in use (6) will continue as at present, so there will be a limit of 24 people. There will not be an actual &#8220;Roll-up&#8221; and the teams will be selected by random draw.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">It will not be possible to book a specific piste on a Monday morning but a new &#8220;Monday Roll-up&#8221; calendar has been added. As for all other sessions, bookings can only be made 7 days in advance and members can only book for themselves. There\u00a0<b>MUST NOT<\/b>\u00a0be more than one name on a booking.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">If you have any problems booking please contact myself or Roger Griffin who will be pleased to assist. If you are unable to book because the limit has been reached, please contact myself and, if you want to play the following week you will be given priority.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Members are advised that no practice is allowed before the Monday Roll-up and its continuation is very much dependent on\u00a0<b>SOCIAL DISTANCING<\/b>\u00a0being strictly observed before, during and after play. Please ensure that you are familiar with the &#8220;Social Distancing Protocols for Doubles Play&#8221; in the current Guidelines on the Club\u00a0website.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Please could members also remember that the booking system serves as a record of who was playing and when. This would be very important in the event of an incident of Covid-19 infection.
